Thank you so much for your excellent support and assistance with the telephone troubleshooting  of my Atwood Water Heater on June 22, 2009.

Your instructions were clear and precise.  Thinking back, you took me through the entire RV Water Heater installation, operation troubleshooting and repair process in one phone call. I was able to comprehend and apply everything you told me. I fully understand why you’re called the “Professor’.

I have since received the spark probe I needed and have reassembled the entire water heater.  It works like a charm.  Looks like we’ll be able to keep our vacation plans next month right on schedule.

I do look forward to receiving your new book so that I may learn even more about maintaining this rig.
