		<description>Great article and a reminder to pay attention to the details. An idea for another article would be the anode rod in suburban and some atwood weater heaters. I was amazed that there are even full timers out there that do not know what an anode rod is while their hot water heater is slowly being damaged.</description>

There is nothing worse than to get ready for a trip, service your vehicle, get underway, only to find that your A/C quits half way through - leaving you and your guests miserable. All because you forgot to perform some quick and easy preventative maintenance on your roof-top A/C units.  Keep up the great work!
