  RV Experience:

 I am an experienced RVer.  I camped as a young boy and have continued to enjoy camping throughout my adult life.  I raised our children to love and experience the outdoors through the joy of camping.  My wife and I have continued the family camping tradition, but we experience it now through the comforts of an RV.  We totally enjoy RVing and have found it to be one of the most satisfying ways to spend quality time together, meet wonderful people, and experience first hand this great nation of ours.  We have traveled with our RV in Texas, Arkansas, Okalahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and New Mexico.

  Since 1960 I have been involved with RVing, including, but not limited to: 5 year ownership of a 75 site Campground in Maine. Traveling with pop-up  camper, slide-in truck camper, travel trailers(13ft.-24ft.), motorhomes 23-29 ft.Class C/andB+, towing auto and trailers (horse, boat,utility). I have traveled from Maine-Florida-California-Alaska-Canada, participated in Good Sam and FMCA Rallies and local events. I have been an active Workamper since 2003
in NH and later in Michigan, now with ELS in Maine.
  I would be comfortable doing show-outs and walk-through with all types of RVs, including Class A motor homes(from Rally sales experience and Campground/Workamper use) and any type of travel trailer,”Sport-haulers”/combo units. I have a clean driving record with FL provision Class E, any RV.    and can assist in vehicle movement and transport.  I have limited exposure to 5thWheels.
  I am retired and “Full-time RV-ing” and would be willing to work anywhere, but would prefer southern climate during the winter months.

WORK HISTORY:

I’ve been in the typesetting/graphics/printing business almost my entire working career. The skills that have been honed are as follows: Proficient with both PC and MAC platforms and associated graphics software; ability to manage projects from start to finish; Liaison between clients, internal departments and outside services; trained staff in use of computers and software; performed as a customer service representative (CSR); and sales.

I helped found a business in Berkeley, CA (1997) and recently retired from this ongoing concern. In addition, I also worked as a store clerk in a busy liquor store stocking and cash register sales.

• Have a Class A 1998 Monaco Dynasty as our mode of transportation and full time home.
• Available for Dealership and RV Rental Walk through opportunities
• Have a clean driving record and can assist in vehicle deliveries
• Preference for South during winter months however I am open to opportunities that would be a good fit for both parties.

FINAL NOTE:

With my business owner background this gives me an insight into the challenges for the business owners. In addition, I am keenly aware of the anxieties that your clients have when taking delivery of their vehicles. My job is to reduce the anxiety so that your clients will speak fondly of their walk through experience and share this with their friends, relatives and neighbors. I am also capable of communicating with deaf people through the use of ASL (American Sign Language) because I grew up with deaf parents. I’m not certified but capable of carrying on a full conversation with ease and fluency.
