About the cover:

This is a 1937 Hunt House Car. It had a V-8 w/85 Hp engine. On a good day it would hit 55 mph and weighed 5,200 lbs. Hunt was a Hollywood cameraman and used this for his work. There are only two like it known still in existence today.

“I just received my copy this week and highly recommend you add this gem to your RV cookbook collection before the camping season arrives in a few months. Evada has collected recipes far and wide from avid RVers. You will find appetizers, entrees, side dishes, and desserts that await your culinary talents — whether you practice them on your Corian countertop inside the vehicle or the Weber grill outside the vehicle!” says, Bob Zagami –  Freelance RV writer and photographer at RV Industry
